Our service
Mony Planet provides bookkeeping with local storage, cloud synchronization, expense splitting, reports, receipt storage, AI recognition, and quick entry through LINE. AI may make recognition or reasoning errors. Review dates, items, categories, currencies, and amounts before saving. The service does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
Account security
Keep your username, password, and verification codes secure. Do not bypass quotas, security checks, or ledger permissions. Six-digit email codes are for your use only and expire after 10 minutes. LINE linking codes are also personal, single-use, and time-limited. If you notice unauthorized activity, change your password and contact support to review linked sign-in methods.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial from registration, with no shared-ledger invitation limit during the trial. After the trial, manual bookkeeping and viewing existing data remain available. AI receipt recognition, AI text assistance, and the bookkeeping assistant are disabled, and photos cannot be added or synchronized until a subscription restores these features. Member limits follow the selected plan. The trial does not automatically charge your Apple Account.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Personal: NT$90 per month or NT$790 per year; monthly allowances of 50 AI photos, 100 AI text requests, and 50 assistant questions.
- Duo: NT$150 per month or NT$1,290 per year; up to 2 people sharing monthly allowances of 90 AI photos, 180 AI text requests, and 90 assistant questions.
- Family: NT$180 per month or NT$1,490 per year; up to 5 people sharing monthly allowances of 150 AI photos, 300 AI text requests, and 150 assistant questions.
Actual prices, currency, and taxes are shown at App Store checkout. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within the final 24 hours of the period. Manage or cancel your plan in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Restoring purchases applies only to the Mony Planet account originally linked to the purchase. Apple handles refunds under its policies.
AI allowances
Monthly allowances reset in Taiwan time and are recorded by the server, shared across the app, website, and linked LINE account. Each image submitted to AI uses one photo request, even when it contains several items. Text assistance and assistant questions are counted separately. Ordinary text rules, manual entry, queries, statistics, and QR decoding that does not use AI do not consume AI allowances. If a temporary provider failure produces no result, the allowance is released.
Shared ledgers
The ledger owner invites members and sets permissions. Invitations are unlimited during the 30-day trial. Afterward, the Personal plan supports up to 1 active member, Duo up to 2, and Family up to 5. Records identify the person recording them, payer, and participants in the split. Existing shared transactions may remain available to the owner and other members for reconciliation after a member leaves or deletes their account.
Data and availability
Check synchronization after important changes and export backups when needed. We take reasonable steps to maintain service and data security, but network, third-party platform, or device failures may cause temporary interruptions. Material feature or pricing changes will be announced in the app, website, or official LINE account.
Termination and deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple Account settings. We may restrict features and retain necessary security records when an account is involved in abuse, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service.
